Viral video case study: 4.5 million views

As part of our evolving relationships with CT1, in autumn 2017 RYCO began providing training and support to enable them to make great social media content. In less than a month, CT1 scored big by gaining 4.5 million viral video views across two hugely popular Facebook pages @VT and @ViralinUSA
Immediately, CT1 was inundated with thousands of emails, phone calls, social media comments and direct messages. Their website also saw a huge increase in traffic. CT1 began to fear that they would become victims of their own success. They needed help in responding to the sudden deluge of queries and other correspondence and RYCO quickly stepped up to the mark, bolstering their website and implementing email and direct message filtering and auto responses to allow CT1 to restore order.
